Workshop Logistics

The following are the logistics for presenting the Advanced Communications Skills workshops.

Training room should be at least 800 sq. ft. or larger.

One flip chart.

One podium.

Hotel or site facilities contact to coordinate logistics. This includes the address, phone number and fax number.

Fed Express account number for shipping student materials.

Pre-course assignment for the participants is to prepare a 6 minute presentation with no more than two points on a business related topic. You should chose a subject you are thoroughly familiar with. You do not need to prepare any slides.

Presentation/Communication Skills Workshop Room Set-Up

Place the U-Shape set-up closer to the backwall so there is plenty of space in the front. If green plants are available, please place in corners of the room.
